Unexpected spa escape amid challenges

The location was excellent, and the spa's sauna provided much-needed relaxation after busy workdays. The helpful staff were always ready to assist, making guests feel valued.

Unfortunately, the food options were limited, and the gym hours didn't fit my schedule, making it difficult to maintain my routine. The noise from adjacent rooms was also quite disruptive.

The staff were fantastic, like, they were really helpful the whole time we stayed there. One time, the maid knocked on our door to give us toilet paper when we hung the 'do not disturb' sign, which was quite a surprise, something you don't usually expect.

It wasn't cheap, though it was still acceptable.

The Elegance Hotel had an incredible seafront location, providing stunning views right from my room. The staff genuinely made my stay pleasant. They were always attentive, from the front desk to the restaurant. I appreciated the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Food options were plentiful and delicious, with something for everyone at every meal. Enjoying the late checkout allowed me to savor my last day without hurry. One downside was the condition of my room. it felt a bit worn and could definitely use some updates. I noticed chipped plates during meals and had issues with the Wi-Fi. it was often unreliable. The hotel might also consider enhancing communication around activities and services because sometimes it felt like information was lacking. It was a relief to unwind after long days.

We had an incredible time at the Elegance Hotels International Marmaris! The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Okan, the entertainment manager, who always made us feel special. The food was cooked fresh every meal, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the warm ambiance added to our experience. The direct beach access was amazing, and we loved relaxing on the jetty with beautiful sunset views.

i really enjoyed my stay as the hotel is just a short stroll from the beautiful open green space of Alicik Parki and only 500 meters from the ancient ruins of the City Amos, making it easy to explore the city's charm and relax in nature.
